Lifeline is a faith based organization that was created to bring hope to families and youth who have become involved in the legal system through home-based services, court-ordered therapy, preventative education, and residential care. Adoption & Guardianship Support Services (AGSS)

Lifeline offers a continuum of care for foster, adoption, kinship, and guardianship families.

Family Preservation Services (FPS)

Through home-based services, we offer specific evidence-based practices for families through the Family Preservation Model.

Traditional Home-Based Services (HBS)

Lifeline offers family casework, family therapy, supervised visitations, parent aid services, and parent education.
