On October 21st, 2021 a group of family, friends, coworkers, and those whose lives were touched by the life of 20+ year Lifeline employee Rev. Harold Graham gathered at the newly built Forgiveness Trail at Lifeline’s sister company, Pierceton Woods Academy (PWA).

“Harold had a really unique ability to be able to touch people’s lives,’ said Mark Terrell, CEO. Harold served as a chaplain for many years at PWA. He invested time into the young men at the facility and frequently shared the message of forgiveness.

Harold’s battle with cancer ended in March of this year. The Forgiveness Trail became a way to honor his legacy. Along the Forgiveness Trail are 7 signs, each giving a piece of Harold Graham’s signature message on forgiveness. As you walk the wooded trail, you can contemplate the message in silence, or scan a QR code on the sign and watch a video and hear Harold’s voice as he delivers his heartfelt and timeless message.

Two more Forgiveness Trails are planned. One will be in the Valparaiso area, and the other in the Dominican Republic.

PWA and those who love Harold are grateful for everyone who came out on a windy, chilly day to honor Harold’s legacy. If you weren’t able to attend, or you would like the opportunity to walk the trail and contemplate forgiveness, we encourage you to set up an appointment. Just give PWA a call @ 260-745-3322 ext 5011.
