Lifeline & Lasting Change
United for Stronger Communities
Born from the same mission to change hearts and bring hope to individuals, families, and communities, Lasting Change provides administrative support to Lifeline Youth & Family Services — and other organizations with the same mission — in the form of human resources, leadership, marketing, and other behind-the-scenes needs.
Changing hearts and bringing hope to individuals, families, and communities.
To be a national leader in restoring individuals, families, and communities.
Why It Matters
Lasting Change focuses on important administrative duties so that our busy program staff are able to solely focus on serving families in need. By combining resources with other nonprofit organizations who share a vision to support families in need, we are all able to steward our resources better and serve more people.
Lasting Change was formed in 2016 in order to uniquely serve the needs of Lifeline Youth and Family Services and Crosswinds. Lasting Change exists to help partner organizations achieve internal efficiency resulting in an ability to serve more people in need.
Lasting Change and Lifeline Youth & Family Services both maintain independent 501c3 status and operate as separate organizations. Financially, this means that partner organizations contract for administrative services with Lasting Change at an at-cost rate rather than outsourcing things like Human Resources and Development to an outside, for profit company. This creates a beneficial relationship for Lifeline Youth & Family Services, Lasting Change, and other nonprofits within this network.
